My journey as an esthetics business owner began in November 2015. I was just three months out of esthetics school and eager to start my business. By the beginning of 2017, my books were full, but I was not making enough to pay myself a decent wage. Not to mention, I had more clients than I could handle and needed to hire someone else. I asked myself, how could I afford to pay someone else if I can't even pay myself?
In 2019, I learned about Mike Michalowicz's Profit First method. However, I still felt like a piece of the puzzle was missing. I am sure you have heard the saying the output is determined by the input. Well, my output always seemed off and not where I needed it to be.
